Our wine program is characterised by the breadth and depth of its offerings. On our wine list, you will find bottles from all major grape-growing regions. Within each region we feature the most famous producers, hard to get cult wines and some little known gems. Each one of these bottles tells the distinctive story of its origins – the soil, the winemaker, the style, the grape, the vintage – and is selected for how those characteristics distinguish it from other wines on the list.
Given the scope of wines on offer from world class producers is continually changing, our wine menus are reflective of this and do change regularly to ensure our customers get the best when it comes to quality and variety of wine.
We take great pleasure in offering suggestions to match the seasonally influenced cuisine of our Head Chef Christophe Mannon-Savage. If you would like some guidance, please feel free to ask for assistance from our wine team.
The wines marked I found particularly interesting and are a great example of wines from their region.
Our wines by the glass are kept using the Le Verre de Vin system. Red and white wines are kept in premium condition by removing air from the open bottle by creating a vacuum. Sparkling wines and champagnes are uniquely preserved by the introduction of a callibrated infusion of carbon dioxide.
Tuesday nights are “Cellar Nights” bring in a bottle of your best wine to enjoy with dinner. Corkage per bottle applies.
