Heirloom tomato salad, fresh curd cheese, cucumber, apple balsamic

House cured salmon, Riesling and dill

Shoulder of lamb terrine, toasted brioche, mustard pickle

 

Main course (Choose 2 before event)

 

Roast breast of chicken with saffron, hazelnuts and honey, potato Lyonnaise

OR

Pan fried Barramundi, chickpeas, spinach, cumin scented sweet potato

OR

Chargrilled beef fillet, parsnip and potato tart, red wine jus

Or

Warm goats cheese and onion tart, potato and olive salad

Cheese plate, cheese of chefs choice, Parisienne baguette

Or

Profiteroles, Chantilly cream, chocolate sauce

 Required 10 days prior to event to ensure your selections can be accommodated.                     Wines are charged on consumption.
