Bistro Felix can cater for a variety of group reservations up to 95 guests to suit your particular requirements.
The Wine Room
Named for the amazing wall of wine, our beautiful Wine Room is situated at the rear of the dining area. The room has an intimate, classic feel with beautiful vintage art. A boardroom style table can be provided for up to 14 guests or we can seat 16 diners across two tables.
The Main Dining Room
The room caters for private events and weddings for 80-95 guests (depending on availability).
Our selection of group menus is recommended for groups of 12 or more. Selections from the group menus will ensure your guests receive an exceptional food experience in a timely manner.
Bistro Felix has an extensive wine list with over 400 wines listed, a full bar of spirits and a selection of bottled beers.
The music played at Bistro Felix has been chosen to suit the style of the restaurant and is designed to provide background atmosphere. The sound system cannot isolate any area within the restaurant and therefore clients are unable to select their own music repertoire even if in the private dining room.
Presentations and Speeches
Presentations and speeches are only possible when in our Wine Room. The use of audio-visual equipment is subject to approval by management. No marketing material can be pinned or otherwise attached to the walls or windows—however free-standing items can be used.
Booking and Confirmation
Please fill in the attached form, sign and email back to email@example.com to secure your event and confirm your function space.
$10 per person is required as a deposit to confirm your booking. This amount will be deducted from the total amount of your bill. At Christmas and for Special Events the deposit will be $20 per person.
Confirming Final Guest Numbers
Bistro Felix requires that final guest numbers must be confirmed 48 hours prior to the function date. This number can be decreased or increased however the number confirmed at 48 hours prior is the minimum amount that will be charged.
Hiring of Equipment / Extra Requirements
The client is responsible for any external hiring of equipment and is to be paid for by the client.
Lunch functions must move from the table to our bar area by 5.00pm unless prior arrangement has been made.
The client is expected to conduct their function in a legal and respectable manner and is responsible for the conduct of its guests and invitees. The client will be charged for any damage that occurs to the restaurant, the property or its staff. Please note that in line with Australian legislation relating to responsible service of alcohol, Bistro Felix management reserve the right to terminate a function, refuse service to any guest deemed intoxicated, or take responsible action to assist any intoxicated guest from the premises.
Any cancellations must be made by email or writing. Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to the function date will receive a full refund. Cancellations received more than 15 days prior to the function date will receive %50 of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 8 days prior to the function date will not be entitled to a refund of the deposit.
